Mary Rocca Before joining the alpha fitness wellbeing program, I had a major obsession with my weight and body image. I had spent the last 24 years battling and stressing to lose a few kilos and my scales were my best friend. I would obsessively weigh myself several times a day which would affect my mood at the beginning of each day. It honestly made me feel trapped, moody and horrible about myself.

Now that I have completed the program, I feel as though a weight has lifted off my shoulders. I have now for the first time in 24 years thrown away my scales and I have finally stopped obsessing about how I look. I have finally accepted my body and myself exactly the way I am. I must say that I have more control over what is going in to my body now that I have let all of that go.

Also for the last 5 years since my third child was born, my relationship with my husband went downhill. I tried seeing psychologists and a marriage councillor but only saw minor improvements. I don’t know how but half way through kelly’s program, I noticed a major shift in my marriage. Without expecting this to happen or even trying, I have learned to love and appreciate my husband all over again and we are closer now than ever before.

For that, I have Kelly Bowen to thank for! You are truly an inspiration. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your magical program!!

Liam Toohey My mind was blown at just how effective this coaching is. If I had to describe myself before I’d say… I was someone who always put other people before me, I held on to guilt, blaming myself for things long gone or simply weren’t my fault, I never released any of my anger; letting it grow inside me, I over analysed everything!! I was confused about who I really was and I wouldn’t commit to making decisions, often feeling of two minds, ultimately ending in NO ACTION. Needles to say I was frequently frustrated and sitting on the cusp of depression for years, I hated that me.

I recently attended one of your half-day workshops and I was literally amazed with the amount of information that you presented. It was such great value, it exceeded my expectations! You made it so easy to understand and broke it right down to how it affects us on so many levels of life. I took lots of notes, in fact I was so inspired that when I got home, I started with my cleaning out my cupboards and then made a list of raw foods and health foods. Within a couple of days I went shopping with a whole new mindset. I also watched the video you sent me titled, ‘Food Matters’. What an eye opener that was! I haven’t eaten chicken since! If it’s not organic, forget it! I also started my detox which I have never even considered until I came to your workshop.
