Hi Guys,

I have the best ab work out for you, it does everything. It gets your heart rate up and it has your abs burn.

For an express 20 min workout complete the circuit once and for max benefits do it twice.

There are 4, 4 min blocks of exercise. Each block has 3 exercises you repeat as many times as you can in the 4 mins. You get a 1 min rest between blocks.

Block 1 – 4 Mins
10 Leg Raises
20 Heel Taps
10 Cobras

Block 2 – 4 Mins
10 Crunches
20 Swimming
10 Bunny Hop Push Ups

Block 3 – 4 Mins
10 Jane Fonder
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Spider Mountain Climbers

Block 4 – 4 mins
10 Down Dog – Plank
10 Supermans
10 Plank Jacks

Now you have a 2 min break before you repeat it once more.
