Hi Guys,

Here’s an awesome little workout that is guaranteed to get results and
keep you in shape this festive season. This is a fairly advanced
workout, it will get that heart rate up quickly and make you sweat.
Please note not all exercises are suitable for everyone and to work at
your own pace and within your bodies ability. If you want to skip the
intro and get into the workout fast forward the first 5 minutes.

The workout is designed to get your metabolism firing and burn as many
calories as you can over the 35 minute workout.

I give you some options at the beginning of the video so you can make
the exercises easier and less impact if you need too. You can also
reduce the intensity by taking longer breaks between rounds and only
complete as many rounds as you can. 3 rounds of the curcit will get the
best results, however 1 or 2 rounds are extremely beneficial too.

You are working with a total of 10 exercises. You have a 40 sec work
period and a 20 sec rest period. At the end of the 10 exercises you have
a 1 min break before you start again. This style of training is call
metabolic training or HiiT. Its purpose is to burn fat and make you lean.

Jump Squat
Mountain Climbers
Burpees
Bicycle
Jumping Lunges
Swimming
Reverse Plank
Toe Taps
Crunches
